I was referred to Dr. Mason from a more local place near me. I originally went to Dr. White's office in Manton since I heard she's very good at dealing with high anxiety people, I am one of those people, I literally cried on the phone making the appointment, but it needed to be done. Dr. White referred me to Dr. Mason since she's able to offer IV sedation for patients with high anxiety. I underwent 2 cleanings and a removal for 3 teeth, and it was amazing. I was shaking all the way until they gave me the IV medication, and during my 2nd appointment it was even better since I knew what to expect. Dr. Mason and her team are professional and incredibly kind. Everyone I encountered was kind and sensitive to my anxiety. I was treated with nothing but respect, despite the fact that I would consider myself a difficult patient. After my teeth extraction, they called on me to check on me. They say one bad experience can ruin an entire practice, but you won't get that bad experience here. If you have high anxiety like I do, please come here. Dr. Mason and her whole staff are professional and caring. She helped me through my cancer treatments. She went above and beyond to make sure I was proactive, protecting my teeth and gums during radiation/chemo. Also, all of my cleanings have been so thorough and pain-free. The atmosphere in her office is amazing. I actually look forward to seeing her whole team. You have changed my outlook on visiting a dentist. Thank you for your great care!

Dr. Mason’s team took great care of me. They were extremely helpful with all the questions and concerns I had and walked me through the dental implant process with educational documents and videos. I was so nervous for my surgery but the team were very kind and helped me though it! They also called the next day to check in on me. Thank you!

I have never particularly liked having my teeth cleaned, however the two times I have had my teeth cleaned at Mason Periodontics, it has been a much more pleasant experience. The friendliness of everyone on staff - office, tech, and Dr. Suzanne Mason - and the up-to-date equipment has made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the experience! I no longer dread having my teeth cleaned and I'm grateful to all of you at Mason Periodontics for your attitude and expertise! Thank you!

Dr. Mason and her staff are very professional and talented. They have given me great care and courtesy through a difficult time with my teeth. I've had three Periodontists and she has by far been the best that I've been in the care of. She has in the past three years gone above and beyond anything I had ever expected and I couldn't be happier with the implants she has placed. I fully recommend Dr. Mason without any reservation. She has been a Godsend!

I am somewhat new to the area and relied on the reviews to help me find Dr. Mason. I'm glad I did. I had some work performed out of town and Dr. Mason was able to fix the problems that were in my mouth. Dr. Mason is an excellent surgeon. Dr. Mason and her entire staff are always extremely professional, attentive, accommodating and very compassionate. They call and check on you. They make sure you are prepared before, during, and after surgery. Dr. Mason took her time with me during surgery and each office visit and I knew what to expect from the beginning. Thank you Dr. Mason for taking such great care of me.

Not only is Dr. Mason knowledgeable, highly skilled, and zealous, but she is also kind. And her staff follows suit. Everyone is willing to answer my questions (no matter how many times they have surely answered the same ones for a lot of other patients!) and eager to put me at ease about the work I am having done. And they are always pleasant to speak with, even when I have to request a change to an appointment time. I highly recommend this team of professionals--each one of them is outstanding!!
